Below I asked why everyone is alleging that “The Little Drummer Boy” isn’t shown as often as other Christmas specials because the non-religious and/or non-Christians object to its religious message. I asked if there was any evidence of this.

After I asked, I decided to look into it myself. And the only information I found was that Arabs have objected to it because they think it gives a racist view of Arabs. They believe that it gives a view of Arabs as “money-grubbing, fat, ugly, hook-nosed kidnappers.” Nothing to do with Christianity or the special’s religious message.

So if you’re going to complain, complain about the correct thing.

Freeform originally ABC Family and The Family Channel still airs this special but now it is basically chopped down to less than 20 minutes due to commercials, they edited the flashback of Aaron’s parents death scene short and the song The Goose is Hanging High! Also this special isn’t given enough air time like Rudolph Frosty and Santa Claus is Coming to Town which air constantly on that channel and are aired uncut! What a shame
