We’re No Angels (1955)

Movie Summary

Three convicts – Joseph, Albert, and Jules – escape from prison on Devil’s Island in French Guiana just before Christmas and arrive at the nearby French colonial town of Cayenne on Christmas Eve. Their plan to steal supplies and clothing from the local store is ruined after they take a liking to the store’s owner, especially his attractive daughter.

We’re No Angels was originally released in theaters July 7, 1955.
