Thank you very much for your support (and for tolerating the ads) - I appreciate it!
My wife and I would like to see a Florida type Christmas there is so much that the folks in the north don’t know whats going on. Like the Sandy tree ib West Palm Beach, the boat parade on Ft Lauderdale. As an example. Instead of heading north you should go south
I noticed that the 2018 Christmas movies weren’t as heartwarming as 2016 and 2017 were. They were Christmassy but most of them were same oh…same oh. So repetitive stories. I think out of all the new movies only 3 caught my eye to watch. Unfortunately 2 were on the Hallmark Movies and Mysteries while most of them were on Hallmark channel.
The Christmas movies also start too early, maybe the middle of November would be better. It seems you skip over Thanksgiving all together and there was one show for that holiday. The movies repeat too often so you can start later in November instead of Halloween…ugh!
I know the trend for men is the unclean, unshaven look…sorry not for me……majority of the men look like they belong in the dark ages and forgot to clean up. Thank you for listening…mix it up as far as programing.
Our movie group meets twice monthly and we often binge on our favorite Hallmark holiday movies. We own many of them We are not happy with the latest groups as the unshaven heroes look just plain grubby. Three of us teach at local universities and despite a growing trend for “casual” dress, we do not see young men all messy-face. It it is still unappealing for the dreamboat leads to constantly look careless and half shaven. A beard is fine but an unshaven groom at the holiday wedding or an executive in a suit in Paris with a spotty beard. Okay for casual but not ALL of them. We will not buy these films.
