Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Rings in the Holidays with "The Most Wonderful Movies of Christmas," Featuring Originals and Beloved Christmas Classics Round-the-Clock Beginning October 31stHallmark Movies & Mysteries unwraps its 2015 holiday-themed programming slate, ‘THE MOST WONDERFUL MOVIES OF CHRISTMAS,’ on October 31, 2015… boasting 1497 hours of programming to get viewers of all ages into the Christmas spirit. The 24/7 holiday schedule is brimming with festive fare including four brand-new Hallmark Movies & Mysteries originals — “Murder She Baked: A Plum Pudding Mystery,” “The Christmas Note,” “Magic Stocking” and “Debbie Macomber’s Dashing Through The Snow.”

Hallmark Movies & Mysteries also presents its annual Happy Yule Log, which will burn brightly on Thanksgiving Day. The Yule Log features appearances by Crown Media Family Networks’ rescue animal ambassadors Happy the Dog and Happy the Cat, who will adorably stretch and cozy up by the fire. Beginning Christmas Eve, viewers can spend even more time by the fire with the beloved animals with A Very Happy Yule Log.

Joining the lineup of high-rated movies from Crown Media’s library are new additions to the network’s stable of seasonal favorites including “The Christmas Card,” “A Christmas Wish,” “The Christmas Blessing” and “The Christmas Secret.”

Hallmark Movies & Mysteries will also gift viewers with four all-new, highly anticipated original world premieres:

‘MURDER SHE BAKED: A PLUM PUDDING MYSTERY,’ premiering Sunday, November 22, 9 p.m. ET/PT, 8C, starring Alison Sweeney and Cameron Mathison. Based on the Joanne Fluke book series, the adventures of Hannah Swensen continue in this holiday edition featuring the baker-turned-sleuth making plum pudding and trying to solve the murder of a man in his office. It turns out the list of suspects who would have wanted to see the guy dead is a long one, from a bitter ex-wife to exasperated investors. But Hannah is on the case, not to mention ready for a little Christmastime romance.

‘THE CHRISTMAS NOTE,’ premiering Sunday, November 29, 9:00 p.m. ET/PT, 8C starring Jamie-Lynn Sigler. Having just moved back to her hometown without her serviceman husband but with her young son, Gretchen Daniels finds her life in disarray as Christmas approaches. But she discovers new purpose when she helps to deliver a message to her neighbor, Melissa, which makes her an ally in the quest to find the neighbor’s sibling she never knew she had. The women become bonded not only by the search, but by the understanding that being there for each other means they’re no longer alone. This friendship becomes the greatest Christmas gift of their lives.

‘MAGIC STOCKING,’ premiering Sunday, December 6, 9:00 p.m. ET/PT, 8C. This holiday story follows a young widow named Lindsey Monroe and her daughter, Hannah. When Hannah buys a stocking at their town’s Christmas craft fair, Lindsey suddenly starts to magically find things inside it that begin holding importance in her everyday life. The stocking holds a power and energy that quickly becomes clear, restoring Lindsey’s faith in life and love – and leading her to open up her heart again.

‘DEBBIE MACOMBER’S DASHING THROUGH THE SHOW,’ premiering Sunday, December 13 at 9 p.m. ET/PT, starring Meghan Ory and Andrew Walker. Based on a novel by Debbie Macomber, this yuletide tale tells the story of Ashley Davison and Dashiell Sutherland. She’s a grad student in California desperate to spend the holidays with her family in Seattle. He also must get to Seattle for a job interview. But every flight is full. So the pair reluctantly rent a car together, having no clue of a wild ride ahead that will find them rescuing a lost puppy, running into petty thieves and getting caught up in a case of mistaken identity. With a hint of romance suddenly filling the air, these two also might just fall in love.
