On October 11, 2021, Lifetime announced a new holiday programming event called “It’s a Wonderful Lifetime.” The largest holiday stunt in the network’s history, “It’s a Wonderful Lifetime” runs from November through December, during which Lifetime telecasts more than 50 holiday-themed films that capture everything about the holiday spirit.

I really love Christmas movies , there’s one movie I’m looking to see , don’t know the name of it , but it’s about this family ,looking for someone to babysit their kids the husband wants to take his wife out and he hires this homeless man ,which he finds out that’s his biological father and sends him out ad the kids and wife talk to him and he ends up looking for him and finds him sleeping on a park bench in the cold and the rest I wanna see hope someone out there knows the name of this holiday movie please tell me thank you
Lifetime Christmas has completely left out all the old favorites this year. Comfort and Joy, Home by Christmas, Recipe for a Perfect Christmas, Holiday Switch, Undercover Christmas, Unanswered Prayers. So disappointing! I tried to buy Comfort and Joy, but Amazon wanted $100 for it. Seriously?? Please bring them back for Christmas 2018!!

I agree lifetime is not playing the movies you mentioned( Donna) my favorite is holiday switch I’ve looked every year and its never posted to when it will be on, last year I just happened to be looking around channels and I saw it 3pm in the afternoon who wants to watch it then …. Hallmark is not playing these movies fyi to the other reviewer.. I’ve looked there as well hopefully if enough of us comment on this they will make some changes and play a variety of the Christmas movies

FYI for those of you who LOVE a Gift Wrapped Christmas — I bought the DVD on line from a Canandian company. I thought they were reputable –I was wrong!! Spent more than I should have, and the DVD is a copy of someone filming it off the tv set! It’s horrible. Just a warning, so far the real company has not released the movie on DVD.

I’m hated this years line up!!!!! I want to see holiday switch, comfort and joy, home for Christmas, Christmas shoes! STOP Repeating the same movies!!!, play them all!! If I see wrapped up Christmas, the holiday one more time! Lifetime use to be a favorite. I enjoyed it. Not anymore. I hardly ever can turn it on it. I watch LMN for other movies. Please show us our holiday favorites along with newer ones.

I agree 💯 percent. I also wanted to see the one where she has two kids and a step kid she ends up working at a diner that use to make root beer. She lives in a motel.

My 2 favorites and they are outrages to buy this year. Last year $10.00, this year $60.00
Do what I did and buy these movies on DVD. I watch these movies every year, uncut, no commercials, with a smile on my face.
Couldn’t agree more – they played the new movies made about 100 times. UGH. Hallmark did the same.
They should read t hese blogs and adjust their schedule next year!!!!

WHAT I NOTICED ABOUT THIS JULY 2018 COUNTDOWN TO XMAS, BOTH CHANNELS PLAYED A GREAT # OF THE FAVORITES ANYWHERE FROM MIDNIGHT TO 5:30 A.M. DO THESE HIGH PROFESSIONALS THINK THIS IS UNNOTICEABLE? THEY KEEP MAKING MORE XMAS MOVIES EACH YEAR & EACH YEAR THE SAME THING HAPPENS. MAYBE 1 OUT OF 10 OF THE NEW MOVIES ARE WORTH THEIR TIME & $. PLEASE play Holiday Switch. It shows a mother and wifes life as it is, but then what it would have been if another choice was made. It shows the true meaning of xmas. Reminds us all its not about money but about love and family! You could maybe swith out one of the above movies on the schedule for HOLIDAY SWITCH! WHO ELSE IS WITH ME!!!
I agree along with these other movie’s, Home by Christmas, Christmas List and Comfort and Joy etc. The 2017 movies are not like the older movie’s! The one I do love that was from 2016 is Heaven Sent (such an incredible inspirational movie). Get with it Lifetime!

The website is called ioffer. I bought Holiday Switch for 8.99 and was very pleased. Just thought I’d pass that on. It isn’t like the new ones on Amazon for 45 bucks but it works great. I’ve bought several hard to find movies from them.

If you have You Tube you can watch every single one of the above mentioned movies. The Christmas Shoe movie and it’s sequel The Christmas Blessing are available too. I found the best holiday movie stations to be ION TV and THE HALLMARK CHANNEL. Happy Holidays EVERYONE!!
Lifetime, please bring back Holiday Switch, and a Home by Christmas with Linda Hamilton, 2016 list was so much better than 2017 ,
