We watched Christmas in Vienna, but 3/4 of the way through it, it hesitated then restarted from the beginning of the movie. We tried again and it did the same thing. We have Dish and viewed the movie on the Hallmark Channel on December 25. When can we watch the entire movie again? I don’t see it on the schedule.

The exact same thing happened to us too. We recorded it and finally got to sit down and enjoy it when it stopped and restarted 3/4 the way through. Not on schedule to re-record 😞
Yes we DVR through xfinity (Comcast) the same thing happened I think it was a Hallmark channel error.
It was a delightful film with Sarah Drew, but i see its not listed as NEW?
