What were you thinking???? Waiting a year before – maybe only the next chapter- of a book!!!
We watch your hallmark movies for a seasonal pick-me-up. Now you’ve managed to create a real “downer” by making us wait a year for the continuation of “Karen Kingsbury’s The Bridge” and maybe that’s not the end either. Maybe you’ll stretch it another year. How many other “movies” do you plan to do this with? I’d like to tell my 93yo mother to quit watching your channel. It cost extra for the package from cable that includes your channel – and that was the only reason for that subscription. SHAME on you!!!!

I too, watched the movie that was taped on December 7th on Showcase. I just went online to find out when the continuation would be. Had I not read the above comments, I would not have known that the next installment is in a year. I can’t understand the rational. I would think that the continuation would be the next week, or perhaps even month, like a typical TV series. Oh, well.

Since previews of Part 2 of The Bridge were shown at the end of Part 1, it is obvious that Part 2 has already been made. What in the world is the point of waiting one whole year to show Part 2? It is an interesting story, well acted, good cast……it is infuriating to think of waiting a whole year to see the end. How dumb!!!! I’m with many of the other writers…..think I’ll focus on UP channel from now on.

This isn’t “The Hunger Games”. We don’t need 4 movies to tell a story over the course of a couple of years (neither did “The Hunger Games” for that matter). I liked this movie, only to be very disappointed with it’s non-ending, ending. Since I’m generally a regular Halark viewer, this is disappointing. Please don’t try this again. For the record, Hallmark airs another Christmas movie, “Loves Christmas Journey”, but only Part 1 is usually aired. Part 2 rarely does. I really am disappointed with this “trend”.

Just finished watching The Bridge and didn’t know this was Part 1. So upset as this was a good story and now I read that Part 2 will be next Dec 2016! Shame on Hallmark for ruining it for us this year. Black mark for Hallmark!

So disappointed to watch this movie and then see “to be continured.” I wish I had not watched it since I can not find out how it ends. First part was very interesting. I watch this channel every night, but no more do I have time to watch a movie with “no end.” Changing channels now.

I agree. It sucks that the story does not end the same day as it aired. I also would not have watched it if that was the case.

My wife and I watched The Bridge only to
find out it is to be continued to next December. Don’t know what Hallmark was thinking-very disappointing! We will be very cautious if we watch any more of your movies. Never know if they’ll be continued and to what year.
I have more comments and they’ll
be available next December for you
      To review.
