  • WE WATCH THIS Movie The Christmas Card every year, had it saved but somehow it’s lost, please put it on the schedule again

  • When will The Christmas Card be on the Hallmark channel.
    We love this movie…

  • Rella says:

Why oh why didn’t we see more of the lead make actor in more of your movies??? This is by far my most favorite of all your holiday movies!
You seem to use the same actors all the time but not him. Why? The Christmas Card is the only Hallmark movie I want to see during the Holiday Season! With so many Military serving the Holidays I think it would be nice to have more of these type of show.

    • JoAnne says:

This is my favorite Hallmark show EVER!!!! Watch it at least 3 times per season. Love the connection between the two main characters.

    • Linda Perez says:

I totally agree. I love The Christmas Card, Also the one about the cowboy and and his brother who sang to a family while staying there. Can not remember the title but he and the girl line dance and talk about Orion. Also the one with the two young kids who had a pretend marriage when his parents died. These were so different. My husband does not like mushy movies, but he can tell you exactly how it’s going to end because they are not unique like these 3 were.

  • Mary R. wright says:

Hallmark….Please show my favorite Christmas movie of all time..The Christmas Card…It is my all time favorite..
I look forward to watching it every year..Please have it on this year..MRW

    • JoAnne says:

Mary, This movie is my absolute favorite of all time Christmas movies — all these actors just “click” together and such a great story.

  • Diane says:

Yes I am a HUGE fan of the Christmas card I even blew up the case cover to the cd case I have it all year in my hallway I had a friend of mine write on it chicken salad sandwich on rye with crispy curly fries & a hot chocolate with marshmallows ….lol…. I could almost recital the movie word for word that’s how many times I’ve watched my beloved Faith ,Cody .Luke & Rosie and of course Paul & Uncle ….( if you snnoze you loose lol…) Richard ….but here’s my point yes I’ve seen it quite a bit which I’m delighted & over the moon about I haven’t missed it once this year but it’s December the 15 & I haven’t seen it in the scroll for at least 2 weeks whatcha do forget to put it into the lineup it’s not even on before Christmas I’m so disappointed …what happened ….please next year to keep in mind to put it in closer to Christmas ….oh & one more thing what happened to Lorrin Hollys THE TOWN CHRISTMAS FORGOT it was only aired once in the beginning ….I guess you guys really forgot about the town without Christmas so being with that said air the Christmas card more & closer to Christmas & the town Christmas forgot …. would you consider having just a channel with Christmas shows all year long it would be totally awesome ….thank you for your time …Merry Christmas to all ….πŸŽ…πŸŽ„

  • Barbara says:

Thanks for having “The Christmas Card” on so many times. I just love it! Well done movie. So glad it was voted the top Christmas movie this past season.

  • Megan says:

I liked it but I will have to watch it again and then I’ll like it better.

  • Janet says:

Please make A Christmas Card Sequel, a continution of the couple’s love story. We Love this movie.

  • Rodger Bartley says:

The Christmas Card has and will always be a special Christmas program for me as it reminds me of what my brother said to me when he got such a card when he was in the service. With all of the service people that will be away from home each year, I believe that it is and always will be a favorite of many people that are affected by the Christmas Season. Thank you for your consideration in showing this wonder show each and every year.

  • betty leonard says:

when is the Christmas card going show agant

    • Mrs. Claus says:

Hi Betty, I imagine it will not air again until July. We will update this page as soon as we have a date and time πŸ™‚

      • Anonymous says:

Why will it not be shown at Christmas 2017

        • Karen says:

You don’t stop to think of people who can’t afford another channel from the cable provider or to buy a DVD, probably elderly, maybe veterans. Why the heck can’t you show this movie on a weekend at a decent hour of day on the regular Hallmark channel? I am guessing some suit in a conference room voted in some stupid meeting and that was it! Think if your viewers! If you have this many people asking why don’t you listen. TV is for the viewer not a damn vote in a meeting or some brainfart from some putz in an office!

          • Charlotte G says:

My Husband and I are both Army veterans so we have been there and done all of this that The Christmas Card holds so true. Yes, NOW as Senior Citizens we would like it to be shown more frequently at earlier hours like today DEC 10 2017 at 1 PM our time. We really enjoyed seeing the Whole movie at one time. You are right Karen some of us can not afford to buy a DVD or afford another cable channel at our ages and small benefits we receive as Senior citizens. We do enjoy some of the movies the older ones are better MUCH better as they show Heart and Soul where as the new ones for 2017 seems phony even the script lines. Santa Matchmaker is another one we enjoy and I hope the boardmembers will take some of our comments to heart.

        • Ramona Kearney says:

It is on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries in November 2017.

  • Phyllis R says:

The Christmas Card was supposed to be shown tonight – 7:00 p.m. Eastern, 6:00 p.m. Central. It WAS NOT. Another movie was shown in its place – The Christmas Stocking.

What happened to the showing of the Christmas Card, why wasn’t it shown and when will it be shown again.? ?????????

    • Barbara Phillips says:

I watch every year for The Christmas Card I finally bought the DVD, but it is not the same as watching on Hallmark, as your movie station is my favorite. Please let me know by email if it is going to be shown this year..

  • STEVE BASS says:

    • Karen says:

The Christmas Visitor is also a wonderful movie that hasn’t been shown in a long time!

      • Christmas TV Admin says:

Karen, we love The Christmas Visitor too. Unfortunately, it’s another movie that Hallmark only airs on their Hallmark Movies & Mysteries channel.

        • Michael Trimmer says:

Does anyone know the actor’s name in the movie, The Christmas Card, who is sitting at the lunch counter and pushes the ketchup bottle over to Faith for her French fries…??

  • Charlene says:

I am so disappointed to not get to see The Christmas Card. It is my favorite. They repeat movies and I don’t get the new hallmark channel. I would like to see a weekend of all their Christmas movies without repeating. Sad, Charlene

    • JoAnne says:

If you have Netflix, The Christmas Card is available on there……I was so glad to see it there when Hallmark moved it to their other channel which we don’t have. Has to be my most favorite Christmas movie of all time.

  • Rhonda says:

“The Christmas Card” should play on regular Hallmark Channel. Can’t understand why it’s not.

  • Barbara Petersen says:

I love the “Christmas Card”. I watch it every time you put it on. I bought the DVD also. I think Barnes & Noble sell it. I was sorry to see that you are only playing it once in the July series. TOO BAD!!! This movie is the best of the bunch —- just so wonderful!!! What happened to all the Lacey Chabert and Candace Cameron Bure movies. They are also awesome!!! JUST LOVE YOUR CHANNEL!!!

  • Mike says:

I think “The Christmas Card” movie should be played every year during Christmas season. It’s an awesome movie but it also remembers our Brothers and Sisters in the Military. Just a thought.

  • Jo says:

And yes, please ask them to make a sequel to The Christmas Card. We have 2 Marine sons and we gravitate to military involvement in a Hallmark movie. The Christmas Card is about love and respect, integrity and honor and selflessness. More, please!!!!

    • Karen says:

I certainly hope when you are planning the 2015 Christmas lineup you take into consideration all of the requests for The Christmas Card to b be shown multiple times on the REGULAR Hallmark Channel. You have great programming and I hope that the viewers have a say in next year’s plans!

    • Jacqueline Steward says:

I agree, I don’t have the other Hallmark movie channel either

  • HRgirl says:

Disappointed that The Christmas Card is not being shown on Hallmark Channel this year. Getting tired of the same movies being repeated.

    • navallad says:

Very disappointed…will be cancelling the extra we pay for this channel…NOT ONE TIME THE CHRISTMAS CARD??.. but OVER AND OVER ON THE OTHERS??….very sad.

  • rita bramley says:

VERY Disappointed The Christmas Card is not on the regular channel. I was so looking forward to this movie!

  • Pam says:

Very very disappointed in Hallmark’s decision not to air this on the regular Hallmark Channel. I can’t get the other channel and look forward to this wonderful movie EVERY year. Very very disappointed this year.

  • Alice A says:

I am so very disappointed! I wait for Hallmark’s Christmas movie line-up each year & ‘The Christmas Card” isn’t on this year! Why??? Instead of showing the same dozen or so over & over & over again – why wouldn’t you play the loved & cherished movies of years past? They would mix in nicely with the newer ones & be something to look forward to, rather than to check what’s on HM only to see it’s the same one you’ve already seen 4,5,6 times this season, then opt to look for a different channel. I really think it would be good business. People seem to pick 1 or 2 really special shows each year that they’d like to be able to count on seeing each season. Last night was the 50th year of airing of “Rudolph” & I have watched it every year & have not tired of it! When you have something good – use it. Bring the older ones back, Please.

    • Mrs. Claus says:

Hi Alice, Hallmark opted this year to air The Christmas Card on their other network “Hallmark Movies & Mysteries” as opposed to the regular Hallmark Channel. A LOT of people have expressed disappoint over this choice so hopefully next year they switch it back.

      • Dee Fanning says:

I called the cable company (TWC) here in upstate, NY and the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries is on channel 629 but would have to go to the guide channel and check to see if it is and when it shows The Christmas Card. Still is a pain to go back and forth to watch Christmas movies and the same movies are on both channels. Pathetic!

      • kimberly Saban says:

I love “The Christmas Card” I wish it was on Hallmark’s Regular Channel! I cannot get movies & Mystery channel. Please Place it on the regular channel

    • Karen says:

I agree with all the others. I think your marketing department and programming schedulers really screwed up on this. Who, if not us the viewers, keeps your channel alive and on the air? Why do we not have a say and you not hear all of the complaints and requests? Companies complain when they lose viewers, money and respect. Well??? Have you not heard anything that has been posted here? I am SURE there are plenty of others who for whatever reason, either have no computer access, no time due to family and other responsibilities or just figure it is a waste of time to even tell you because you don’t LISTEN TO US!!!! You are on the air and in business to service the consumer and viewer – how about giving us what WE WANT? I agree there are many beloved movies and programs and like others I enjoy the well awaited favorites like Rudolph and look forward to the newer favorites from years past. I do hope that you and your marketing and programs director give this some quick and much needed consideration!

  • jo says:

So upset that The Christmas Card will not be on the Hallmark Movie Channel this year. This is the one movie hubby and I look forward to the most. I might also add that we have been watching the new Christmas movies for this year and there are very few that we would watch repeatedly like we did The Christmas Card and others. They just don’t seem to have much substance this year. We don’t get the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries channel.

    • Dee Fanning says:

I agree. Why should I have to pay twice for the Hallmark channel when already I had to upgrade to get one Hallmark channel. Sick of seeing the same Christmas movies instead of showing the old original ones. Hallmark keeps showing new ones over and over again practically every other hour. I just purchased The Christmas Card at Walmart for $4.88…didn’t open it yet.

  • Dee Fanning says:

The Christmas Card is ONLY shown once on Nov 2nd…???? This is a Christmas movie not a Thanksgiving movie Why isn’t this shown repeatly during Dec. like all the other movies which keep playing every day…sick of this Hallmark channel sameo, sameo! And why isn’t the Quiet Man shown???

  • Laura H says:

I agree with all the others, The Christmas Card, needs to be aired on the regular Hallmark Channel, multiple times on multiple dates. It is one of my most favorite Christmas movies. Such a great story with substance whereas so many of the newer Christmas movies are all fluff with characters I don’t care about! I also cannot afford to pay for the Hallmark Movie Channel on Time Warner. Cable is already too expensive. I remember last year watching this movie several times. I checked other stations and they are not playing it this year either. I don’t have a working DVD player right now, so even if I bought it I couldn’t watch it. You need to be sure to schedule and show The Christmas Card so the majority of fans are able to watch it on the regular Hallmark Channel.

  • Pat Denney says:

I have been waiting to see “The Christmas Card” this year.
It is very disappointing that it’s not on the regular Hallmark Channel this time. So many of your movies are being show over and over, and it boggles my mind why you have chosen to not include this one on the 2014 schedule.
Guess it is too late for you to reconsider, but I certainly would love to see it this Christmas season. It is one of my faves, if not my all time favorite. Not sure I get the other Hallmark channel.

  • Karen says:

I see that you note The Christmas Card is not going to be on the regular Hallmark Channel. I think you need to re-think this. My Mom is in a nursing home and they have Hallmark but not all these other fancy-ass channels. Please show this on the regular Hallmark – more than one time at 3AM when those of us who work and the elderly can enjoy this as it is a wonderful movie and reminds us to be thankful for those who served our country as well as being a wonderful Christmas movie about what is important in life. Caring about each other!

  • Jan says:

Where may I purchase “The Christmas Card” movie. I missed it in November and have been checking to see if it will be back on.

  • Lisbeth Bochette says:

Please play my favorite Christmas movie – “The Christmas Card” on the regular Hallmark Channel!! I don’t have the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Channel. I look forward to seeing this movie every Christmas…it’s a tradition. If it’s not, can you tell me if it’s on Netflix or a DVD? Thank you.

  • Melissa Jackson says:

It really sucks that all the good movies have been taken off the regular Hallmark channel. Some people like myself don’t get the Hallmark movie channel. The Christmas Card and November Christmas are 2 of my favorites. Please bring them back to the regular channel.

  • Mary Jane says:

I was bummed to see that The Christmas Card or Silver Bells isn’t airing on Hallmark this year. I don’t have the other Hallmark Channel on my line-up and I’m guessing Time Warner charges for it, cable is too much as it is, one reason I keep cable is because of the Hallmark channel but I can’t pay extra for an extra Hallmark channel. Please, please put them in the line up, this is nearly all I watch each year and two of the three I enjoy are The Christmas Card and Silver Bells.

  • James Baird says:

Pretty please play the Christmas card on the Hallmark channel. We watch it every year.

  • Carolyn says:

Please show The Christmas Card on Hallmark Channel it is our Favorite Christmas movie. We look forward to seeing it every year.

  • Troy says:

You guys need to put The Christmas Card on the regular Hallmark Channel. We look forward to watching The most wonderful time of the year as well as The Christmas Card. Some of us with satellite services do not get Hallmark Movies&Mysteries. Thank you for you time!!!!

  • Gayle Wilkinson says:

This movie is my very favorite. Why was it only on two times in one day? I want to watch it over and over. Please play it several times!

  • Jim says:

I bought the DVD but still watch for the movie on Hallmark.
    Don’t have HMC available here.

I also want to see Undercover Christmas again. And Again, and again.

It is not listed anywhere this year.

I bought a DVD from a man in Montreal, but difficult to play DVDs on my system.

  • steve bass says:

I look forward to this ever year all we watch thank you so much.

  • Donna says:

Several great christmas movies are not listed on the schedule. There was also Our First Christmas that’s not listed either and several others that were on the last two years. Why aren’t they being aired. Terrible

  • Donna says:

I have watched The Christmas Card each year. I don’t see it listed on this tears schedule. Why?????? Please put it in the christmas movie schedule

    Thank you

    • Mrs. Claus says:

Hi Donna, The Christmas Card will air on The Hallmark Movie Channel (this is different from the regular Hallmark Channel) this year. Last year it was mostly aired on this channel as well. Not sure yet if the regular Hallmark Channel will show it.

  • Jan says:

I want to watch The Christmas card tonight July 13th. Your schedule and the tv schedule are different. Trading Places is on at 8pm not The Christmas Card.
Could you tell me when it will be on in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fl.?

    • Mrs. Claus says:

Hi Jan, The Christmas Card will be airing tonight (7/13) at 8pm ET on The Hallmark Movie Channel. This is different from the regular Hallmark Channel. Unfortunately, The Christmas Card will not be airing on the regular Hallmark Channel during July.

    • Mrs. Claus says:

Jan I checked Comcast in your area and The Hallmark Movie Channel is channel 256 in your area. The regular Hallmark Channel is 137. You will need to check your package with Comcast to see if you get The Hallmark Movie Channel πŸ™‚

  • susan comte says:
