Hallmark Movies & Mysteries The Most Wonderful Miracles of Christmas

In September 2013, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries announced it’s first “The Most Wonderful Movies of Christmas” seasonal programming, duplicating the main Hallmark Channel’s “Countdown to Christmas” event. HMM later changed the annual events name to “The Most Wonderful Miracles of Christmas” in 2017. Tune in weekly throughout 2020 as Hallmark Movies & Mysteries presents “Miracles of Christmas Thursday Theater” – Thursday nights at 9pm ET.

Although I enjoy Hallmark movies, as a viewer , I often see : errors with the set designs and environments; mistakes in the script; storylines that lack credibility; etc.
All of these affect the quality of your product. Is there a way that screenings of new upcoming movies can receive input from viewers to point out obvious errors ?
I am not trying to be overly-critical, but certain things can’t be allowed to slide….just one example which peeves me to no end is when I view interior scenes in Hallmark frontier and Western settings and I see an inch of daylight between the bottom of doors and their doorsills and it’s the middle of winter ! Any self respecting frontier family would not tolerate that kind of draft ! If they couldn’t precisely and tightly fit that door to block the exterior elements and weather, then at least they’d throw a bear rug up against the door after somebody used it !

So often I see these kinds of errors in a “Rocky Mountain” episode of some sort and don’t know whether to laugh or cry. Who are the clowns that are directing, producing and editing? You would think someone with a monicrum of background knowledge about the subject being filmed would take some interest to details that give some authenticity to what is being filmed. Depth, interest, development. It happens more than an “oops”. Every now and then there is a “special classic” film that is worth seeing over again and even perhaps purchasing. But for the most part, predictable cookie cutter, undeveloped characters and light under the windows in winter.

How does HMM manage to pull The Christmas Card movie, which was scheduled on 12/14 at 9pm and 12/15 at 1pm in favor of these war story movies that are now being shown 6 times in the next 2 weeks. The Christmas Card is one of Hallmark’s crown jewel holiday movies. It is watched in July.On the Fantasy Game it draws huge numbers. This movie is done for the 2017 holiday viewing? Are you kidding?

I saw a movie several years back and don’t remember the name of it but it was a true story. It was about a woman who wrote a blog about her daughter who was in St Jude’s hospital. She tells what it’s like and about the closeness all the mothers have become. And tells about some of the children in the hospital. One child was going home but that night began to run a fever and had to stay. The child ends up passing. Do you know the name of the movie? It’s not Heart of Christmas.

Love the movie: A Season For Miracles. It’s already Dec 10 and haven’t seen it yet or notice for future showing, sucks because it is a really good movie. A lot or some of the good older Halmark movies are being replaced with newer ones. Feel they should at least be available On demand to watch older shows when we want. And not have to pay extra to see them either.

Just wondering why the Christmas Shoes (that inspired the sequel the Christmas Blessing) is never shown anymore. They used to play together. Now only the latter is ever shown.

Do you think Hallmark pays any attention to what we want to see or cares? There a lot of people wanting to see Season of Miracles. I hope so because Hallmark is the only place you can be assured of decent programming that you can watch with your kids or Mom without worry about whats gonna be on.
