What about White Christmas, Christmas in Connecticut, Polar Express, Planes Trains & Automobiles?
Maggie…
It’s much harder this year to get a complete schedule on TV.I have had to piecemeal Hallmark movies to locate date and times of favorites. They push Godwink with Kathie Lee Gifford over and over.White Christmas will be on for sure.Wait till 25 days of Christmas comes out for details on Polar Express.
25 days of Christmas came out in October. Freeform lost rights to Elf and Polar Express when they changed their name from ABC Family to Freeform, I don’t know why. AMC plays Elf and Polar Express.
AMC does play Polar Express, the full schedule is not out yet and should be out next weekend since the Monday after starts AMC’s best Christmas ever!
I’m with Maggie …. I thought that Christmas was being done away with, but didn’t think it would happen this quickly …..
I wouldn’t be at all surprised if White Christmas wasn’t on any of the networks’ schedules ….
Why Isn’t The Rankin/Bass Special Presentations of Santa Claus is Comin to Town 1969 & The Little Drummer 1968 with Greer Garson,Jose Ferrer are Not On The The 25 Days of Christmas AMC Schedule This Year for 2019 ?…
Freeform is showing both of those several times this year.
Will you be airing A Christmas Carol starring George C. Scott in your 2019 Christmas movie line-up? I hope you do.
What!!!! Not showing Home Alone! Do you guys not know it is the number one top pick for Christmas movies of all times. Boy you missed the boat again this year. As it seems did all the other networks
Agree. Christmas is ALL about tradition. Home Alone is a GREAT family Christmas Movie. STZHD (cable) has bought out the rights. So sad it’s come down to MONEY during this Special Time of year. Regards
Home Alone is on Freeform this year.
Freeform will be playing all of the home alone movies this year
I saw thaat Home Alone is on Freeform channel
Freeform is showing home alone and the grinch this year.
We missed and want to record for our grandbabies — Mariah Carey’s All I Want For Christmas – when will it be back on again? Thank You~
I was looking for Scrooged with Bill Murray and Karen Allen. Is it not playing this year?
I haven’t seen Scrooged listed either, another move Santa Claus The Movie with Dudley moore and David huddleson , I don’t think that movie has been on since early 1990
There are so many good Christmas movies, but this year it seems again like many of them will not be shown, a Christmas carol staring henry winkler, the waltons the homecoming a Christmas story, deck the halls with micky rooney ,and it isn’t Christmas with out white Christmas, holiday inn, sure many like a Christmas story with ralphie , ( that one is over played)This is what I am seeing mostly for Christmas movies, someone is having a hard time goes to another town and falls in love, bring back the classic Christmas movies ,please
Is any channel planning to show “Eloise at Christmas?” It is one of the most light, wonderful & entertaining movie in the last 10 yrs. or so.
Could you possibly tell me if any TV station will be showing “Eloise at Christmas?”
Where is home alone this year I’m very upset it’s not apart of the 2017 line up
Don’t worry it’s on A.B.C Family or Freeform every other weekend and pretty much at least once per week. It’s really to the point I’ve stopped watching the channel, but you enjoy and Happy Holidays 😉
What happened to AChristmas Carol with Alistair Sim 1951, you always played it, very disappointed
The 1951 version of A Christmas Carol has aired on TCM the last few years.
I would like to see “It’s a wonderful life” with James Stewart in the Christmas lineup. I’m 41 yrs of age and watched it when I was younger.
Hi James, NBC owns the exclusive rights to air It’s a Wonderful Life. It will be on TV Christmas Eve on NBC:

Thank you for the information!
Have been disappointed in AMC for a long time! They should rename it because it is not classics!
Dec 16 and Dec 17
I totally agree. I loved this channel when they broadcast classics and liked the narrative stories told by movie experts. So disappointed, but am somewhat satisfied that at least they will broadcast several classic Christmas movies.
I agree
I agree about classics not being shown while a lot of inane garbage is shown again & again…yuk…”Ernest”…really??? Where is Holiday Inn, Christmas in Connecticut, Holiday Affair, Meet me in St Louis??? These are classic & classy. Get a grip TMC or you will lose your following. I didn’t think this was a comedy channel for kids.
I Agree!! Love Holiday Inn..Christmas In Connecticut.. White Christmas Especially!! Miss Seeing Them On TV So Bought Them On CD A Few Years Ago..But Still Like To Watch Them On TV..Wish They Would Show Them!!!

Agree!
I am watching White Christmas after Miracle on 34th Street .Real treat!
Where is White Christmas? Stupid decision to NOT include it. Classic for many reasons.
Incredible movie. I can’t find it anywhere. My Sons 19 and 22, Love the one liners between Cosby and Kaye….
Pretty disappointing….
My daily check showed that it will be on Saturday, December 16th at 10 :15pm. More classics listed that weekend too. Networks should include these in earlier listings to allow those of us who enjoy these classics to plan for watching.
Thanks Rob ! Merriest of Christmas’s to you and yours!

I totally agree, I’m 56 years old and I grew up on “White Christmas “, it was a tradition growing up to watch it as a family. It saddens me that it’s not going to be on.
Saying white Christmas implies not all races are included.
give me a break!
Seriously, you better be joking.
Seriously, Andrew, you better be joking
I have watched White Christmas along with many other classics for 50 years +.They are a special part of my holiday celebrations.I will continue to enjoy them despite any criticisms that are published or stated.
It wasn’t meant to imply anything. It is a classic movie without racial overtones. Get a life.
It’s clearly listed on the schedule above!
Yes, it’s “clearly on the schedule above, ” NOW but it was not on the schedule they originally posted, which is when all the questions started coming. Glad they responded and corrected their error and will now be showing it.
It shows that :

It’s on Netflix if you want to see white Christmas… I’m upset I have yet to find the Reginald Owen version of a Christmas Carol on tv this year, it’s a must see for me yearly. That and the Alistair Simms one
